Key Points About the Complex

The complex is a secure building and access is via a pre-programmed fob that has been issued to you.

If a fob is lost then please contact admin@latitude41.co.nz to have the fob deactivated and a replacement one ordered.  We will advise the replacement cost.

Each apartment is allocated a carpark and this information will have been provided to you when you moved in.  If in any doubt then please contact admin@latitude41.co.nz to clarify.

Roller Door

The carpark roller door needs to complete its up/down cycle before the fob can be used to open/shut the door.  If the door is part-way through an up/down cycle then please wait until that cycle is finished.  Swiping your fob part way through the up/down cycle will result in the door jamming and the need to call a service person to rectify this.

Maintenance

Recycling - there are GLASS only recycling bins inside each of the three garages.

Rubbish – there are rubbish chutes on each floor.  Please ensure that your rubbish is securely tied off and bagged before dropping down the chute.

Smoke Free Building

Latitude 41 is a smoke free building.
